This is a chronicle of my journey as a runner, which resumed at age 45. These are my thoughts and musings of how I fit training and racing into my busy life as a wife, step-mother/grandmother, business owner and religious Jew. It can all be done. It’s just like running…one step at a time.

Thanks for friending me on Daily Mile! I started running at age 48, three years ago, so we have something in common. Glad I found your blog, maybe we can run together some time.

That would be great. I’m going to also send you a Twitter message so we can stay in touch there. You’re going to love the DM community. Great folks – very supportive and they offer amazing advice. Plus people organize and meet in person at races.
